i have a RS21DCNS the inside of the fridge is making a noise and stops when door is opened and the water has stopped coming through but is still working for the ice help!!!!!!!

Hi,
we’ve got RL33SBS, it’s been a problem since it started building up ice in the bottom of the freezer compartement a few months ago, but we kept removing ice. One morning a few days ago we found the fridge/freezer defrosted, however didn’t manage to do anything until midday when, surpricingly, it started working again. After that it stopped building up ice and now it’s starting and stopping as and when required (temperature wise). However, after a few hours it’d stopp and won’t start cooling again. The LED lights on the panel and the interior light are working. The only way how to make it working again is to switch the power off and on again. Than it works for 5-6 hours as normal..
Would you give me some ideas/advice, please? Thank you
