The fridge part of our Samsung RSA1WTMH froze all our vegetable, fruits and milk last night. The temp on the fridge still read 3 as usual, but it seems the problem somehow is only at the lower end of the fridge part.

I have model RSA1NTPE. A year ago i had problems with the freezer defrosting and the fridge not keeping cold. I had the defrosting sensor in the freezer replaced and this rectified problem. However, this morning the freezer is defrosting and fridge not as cold again. Any thoughts. Many thanks

Hi,
I would like your advice, and to double-check, as to whether this kit would solve our problem. We have Samsung RSA1WTMH which is only 3 years old. The temperature shown is 26 for the freezer and 19 for the fridge. They are both obviously not cold inside at this temperature and the power freeze doesn’t make a difference. Also, the noise stops when you open the doors.
I’d appreciate your advice as I’d like to get this fridge working again asap.
