   cannot get water out of dispenser although all other parts are working fine.don t know why? any help?

     this is likely to be the start of the more common series of problems associated with the SRS and RS21 models for which our genuine Samsung repair kit will remedy the problem
     You could check the water bottles to see if they are iced up as this is a common associated problem. Various parts are likely to become iced up. You can heat the water bottles gently with a hair dryer to remove the ice, and that will remedy the problem temporarily, but as that is just a symptom it will return until fixed
     Ultimately you will require a repair kit
