I have a sumsung RS21JLBG Turned power off and back on now I have a light flushing on the display for the fridge temp only (88) second 8 top lefted hand side. Can you help

I’ve passed your comments to our chief engineer who has come back with a question. He is asking if you have striped the appliance as he has NEVER seen this error message before
If you have if wonders if you have left the coolzone plug out
If not its likely to be the coolzone sensor is faulty.
As I said even with all his experience he has never seen this fault code before.
Can you provide any further info?
Yours is a coolzone model as denoted by the J after the RS21 and is different to the standard RS21 model
the display on mine flashes on fridge side upper right what can i do?

With reference to your comments you left on our website, you say you have an RSH1 but have left your comments on the SRS page, so I’m not sure which model you really have so you will need to clarify.
There are actually 2 sets of 88 one for the fridge and one for the freezer, which set are you referring too?
The display is in a figure of eight and the position of the LED display will indicate to us what the potential problem is.
For example a common problem (I’m NOT suggesting it is the problem with your appliance) is the ice maker fault. See this picture in this link for an example.

HI, I HAVE A SAMSUNG RS21 DOUBLE DOOR FRIDGE FREEZER AND AFTER SWITCHING THE POWER OFF THEN BACK ON. I NOW HAVE A BLANK DISPLAY SCREEN WITH A SINGLE GREEN LIGHT FLASHING ONLY. THE LIGHT FLASHING IS THE VERY BOTTOM RIGHT VERTICAL SEGMENT. PLEASE CAN YOU ASSIST IN EDUCATING ME AND CAN I REPAIR IT. THANK YOU

HI. IT IS THE FRIDGE SIDE(THE RIGHT AS YOU LOOK AT IT) AND IT IS THE BOTTOM RIGHT HAND SIDE VERTICAL GREEN SEGMENT OF THE 88 THAT IS FLASHING
As above I have a blank screen and a small flashing green light, when I unplug the goods all comes back on for a few seconds and then returns to a flashing green light, help in the process of defrosting !!

If you were to look at the picture of the led screen on the link above the light it flashing at the top, of the second 8 of the 88, which one of your lights is flashing?
