How to Check Which RSH1 Model You Have
It’s important to make sure you purchase the correct kit. If you are unsure which model of the Samsung Fridge Freezer you have you will need to check the model number as follows.
You will find the model number by opening door of the fridge and looking for a sticker that will be approximately at eye level on either of the two side walls.

My Samsung RSH1 used to make a noise which stopped when you opened the door. That lasted only a few days and has since stopped. But now it doesn’t seem to cool the entire fridge properly. Items on the lower shelves and in the draws seem fine, but items on the top shelf especially don’t appear to be much cooler than room temp. Please help.

I responded to the RSH1 first, but if you have an RSH1 Coolzone you will require a separate kit which we don’t yet have the live link on the page yet as we sell them so rarely. Ignore the link i sent you if you have a coolzone as that was the link for the standard RSH1 as that is the page you left your comment on and to which I responded.

The model number of my fridge/freezer is RSH1NBRS and the fridge side is not defrosting but is refrigerating. It is not clear from your web site how to order the defrost repair kit. Can you please advise. Many thanks.
