Hi – I have an RSH1 DBRS. After a power cut the display has stopped working apart from the lower right vertical led on the fridge side of the temperature display (the right hand of the two 8s) – how can I fix this? Thanks

Hi there, I own a RSH1DBMH. I have had a problem for a couple of years with it not maintaining the temperature shown on the outside of the fridge, on the inside. The freezer is absolutely fine though. The fridge again is very noisy when you open the door. I have had to defrost it every couple of months to remedy the situation, but it has now happened twice in two months so the problem is obviously getting worse. Could you confirm that this does sound like it could be sorted out by purchasing the RSH1 Repair Kit. Would like to be sure as it is an expensive repair which I cannot afford to get wrong. Also is it definitely something anyone could repair? Many thanks for your help

Can you tell me exactly which segment of the LED display is flashing? The display is in a figure of eight and the position of the LED display will indicate to u what the potential problem is.
For example a common problem (I’m NOT suggesting it is the problem with your appliance) is the ice maker fault. See this picture in this link for an example.

My Samsung RSH1 used to make a noise which stopped when you opened the door. That lasted only a few days and has since stopped. But now it doesn’t seem to cool the entire fridge properly. hi my model no is rsh1dtmh my problem is, the water is not dispensing because the fridge fan keeps freezing up and freezing the water storage unit in front of it. i keep defrosting it but it starts to freeze back up within a few days and making a noise, then the fan stops working.
