    My fridge freezer ice tray is over flowing with water which is causing it flow out of the ice box onto my kitchen floor.I am getting very impatient with the whole thing at the moment I had to turn the water supply.please could you give me some advice on what to do to solve this problem.

    Ice maker is stuck on crushed. Will not come out as cubes. Fridge stuck on 12!!!!!

    brand new samsung american freeze,switch of ice maker then started after 5 hours but ice is not forming

      It appears that this appliance is still under warranty so you really should contact the service provider per the information on your invoice / guarantee.

    Fridge freezer. Rsh1dbrs.
    Ice maker short circuit internally, trip switch for house sockets tripped! Re engaged and replaced fuse in plug. Fridge lights not coming on fridge or freezer! Note… In line fuse installed by samsung engineers approx 1 year ago in back of fridge, is this the possible cause or is the ice maker unit faulty, so power will not come back on?
