How to Check which RS21 Coolzone Model You Have
It’s important to make sure you purchase the correct kit. If you are unsure which model of the Samsung Fridge Freezer you have you will need to check the model number as follows.
You will find the model number by opening door of the fridge and looking for a sticker that will be approximately at eye level on either of the two side walls.
Alternatively you can find a barcode sticker on the outside of the appliance on the bottom left hand side.
If your Samsung fridge freezer begins with the following model numbers,

RS21F
RS21N
RS21W your RS21 is NOT a Coolzone model and this kit will not be compatible. You will require our standard Genuine RS21 Repair Kit
If your Samsung RS21 fridge freezer is a Coolzone model it will be distinguished by the fact it has three drawers at the bottom of the fridge instead of the standard two drawers that other RS21 models have
The Coolzone models have a J or K after the RS21, i.e.

• RS21K
Once again there are actually numerous combinations for the last 3 letters of the model number. For example RS21JLAL or RS21KGRS

I’ve just read your comments previously and the symptoms you have with your RS21 appliance can be remedied with the genuine Samsung RS21 repair kit which is designed to remedy it.
However you must check exactly which of the two RS21 models you have as the repair kits are very different. You have left your comment on the RS21 Coolzone page, however the model number you have quoted RS21DCNS is not a Coolzone model but the standard model. This is distinguished by the letter following the RS21. As you are quoting a D then this indicates you have a standard RS21 model rather than a Coolzone model which has a J or K following the RS21.

Yes we can dispatch our repair kits to Germany. We have dispatched to several countries across Europe but never to Germany so I will need to get a price of the postage and let you know.
Is the appliance of German origin? If so it’s best to email us a few pictures of the outside and back inside and the affected area just so we can determine that our kit is appropriate.
We have shipped to numerous countries, but never to Germany so it’s worth just checking first that the German model is the same as the UK and the rest of Europe

You can puSometimes the symptoms all occur together other times individually, nonetheless if you have any of the symptoms which you do, you will require one of the genuine Samsung repair kits. Sadly the problem will only get worse if not remedied.

i have an RSH1JBBP and theres ice forming behind the panel where the fan is and making a noise, ive taken it apart and the hot element is hot and the rest covered in ice, after a while the water tap stops working (im assuming it freezing up, will this kit repair the fault? can yo email me, thank you
yes you will require a kit but you mention the RSH1 but have left your commenst on the RS21 page, so you need to be sure which model you really have as the kits are different
