How to Check Which RSH1 Model You Have
It’s important to make sure you purchase the correct kit. If you are unsure which model of the Samsung Fridge Freezer you have you will need to check the model number as follows.
You will find the model number by opening door of the fridge and looking for a sticker that will be approximately at eye level on either of the two side walls.
Alternatively you can find a barcode sticker on the outside of the appliance on the bottom left hand side.
There are actually numerous combinations for the last 4 letters of the model number. As an example RSH1NHSW, RSH1DBMH, or RSH1DBBP etc are all typical model numbers that this kit can be used for.
If your Samsung RSH1 fridge freezer is a Coolzone model as distinguished by the fact it has three drawers at the bottom of the fridge instead of the standard two drawers that other RSH1 models have then you require our Genuine RSH1 Coolzone Repair Kit
The Coolzone models have a J or K after the RSH1, i.e.

I’ve just read your comments on our website and but it appears you have gone to the wrong page. If you are quoting your model number correctly then you haven’t got a coolzone, coolzone have a j or k after the RSH1. As you have a D you have a standard RSH1 model. The symptoms are almost identical, but the kits are different so it’s essential that you clarify which model you have.

I’m literally sitting in front of my pc as you comment on our website popped in.
I’m not sure I understand what you mean that you have a normal RS21 but with the RS21 coolzone problems.
The both suffer from similar problems but each requires the kit specific top the specific model. I.e. RS21 or RS21 coolzone.
So if you have an RS21 which according to the model number you state then you do have an RS21 standard model. If it has the faults listed on our standard RS21 page you will require the RS21 kit.

If you have checked all the literature to make sure you definitely have an RSH1 coolzone modal then you can order as follows.
The repair kit, while it is very different than the RS21 kit, it is actually the same price as the RS21 coolzone model. Therefore if you purchase through the RS21 Repair kit link that follows, and shoot me a separate email confirming you want the RSH1 coolzone rather than the RS21 coolzone I will handle it all for you.
